To request a credit on your account, please visit: and submit the form with the information requested. A member of our executive management team will review your request and apply the credit within 5 business days.
Please note that you may only request a credit for overall downtime during the previous calendar month. Any outages that occurred this month would not be eligible for credit until next month. We issue credits based on overall uptime for a month, not on a single outage.
