Go into your Junk/Bulk/Spam Folder and empty it out. Those folders tend to fill up quickly when you do not clear them out regularly. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact support.

Try changing your outgoing SMPT port to 26 instead of 25 and that should fix the issue. A lot of I.S.P. block port 25 causing sent mail to fail.  If this does not fix the issue please contact support.
We have set up SPF records for all the domains hosted on our servers, so other remote mail servers will know that messages sent from your domain are legitimate, and all others are not. You can read more about SPF at http://www.openspf.org/ .
